Part Time 3 days per week, 7-month fixed term contract to start in mid/late September, to cover maternity leave. They are looking for someone who can commit until the end of March 2026.

My client is a well-established cybersecurity business specialising in security solutions for mid-sized enterprises. They require someone with strong Lead Generation campaign execution skills from a B2B environment, who can follow the prepared strategy and can work autonomously.

Location: Remote/Basingstoke, England (Remote working available for the right candidate)

THE MARKETING MANAGER'S ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across established channels with performance monitoring and data-driven optimisations
Develop and execute lead generation strategies for both direct sales and via channel partners (resellers) using data/metrics to drive results
Manage partner marketing initiatives and relationships within IT/reseller channel environment, creating partner collateral and sales enablement materials
Focus on content creation and lead generation activities, writing executive-level communications for C suite audiences
Translate technical cybersecurity benefits into business value propositions for non-technical senior stakeholders
Project manage external agency relationships and oversee production of major content pieces
Utilise marketing automation and work within Salesforce ecosystem for lead management
Create sales enablement materials for internal teams and develop partner-facing sales collateral
THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:

Proven experience developing and executing lead generation strategies for both direct sales and via channel partners (resellers)
Strong background in B2B Marketing – cyber, tech or channel experience would be a bonus
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Active Campaign preferred)
Strong ability to use data/metrics to drive marketing results and decision-making
LinkedIn advertising platform expertise and campaign optimisation skills
Agency management and project coordination experience with technical understanding
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and comfortable working independently
