The Client:
Is a £15M+ independent IT reseller and service provider, partnering with leading vendors including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Veeam, and Citrix offerring a broad range of IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed support, tailored specifically for SMB clientele.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and experienced New Business Account Manager to join the team. This is a 100% new business-focused role, requiring someone who has industry contacts and who doesn't require micromanegement. There is no marketing or SDR support — you’ll be fully responsible for generating your own leads and managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • New business generation within the SMB and SME sectors (ICP 25-150 users).

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

  • Present and promote the full suite of IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and managed services.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of new clients.

    The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of IT sales experience with an IT Reseller

  • Proven track record of generating new business independently and meeting sales targets

  • Experience in selling to SMB Commercial accounts

  • Confident, experienced, and ready to hit the ground running.

  • Ability to manage both hardware and solutions sales

  • No interest in public sector frameworks or transferable skills, strictly commercial IT Sales.

    What We Offer:

  • Up to £40k base salary, with uncapped commission at 15% of gross profit with NO threshold.

  • OTE £60k (targets set at 3x your base salary annually)
