🔧 The Role

Reporting to the CTO, you'll lead a Microsoft-based infrastructure across multiple UK sites. You'll be the technical authority-balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

You'll own:

Infrastructure performance, security & scalability
Change management & project delivery
Team leadership & vendor management
Integrations, transitions & consolidationsTech you'll work with:

Microsoft 365 & Azure AD
Windows Server & Desktop
