About the Role:

Sellick Partnership are supporting a client with an experienced, forward-thinking Head of IT Solutions to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our applications, integrations, and data platforms - ensuring they are modern, adaptable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a multi-year IT Solutions Strategy aligned with the organization's goals.

Lead transformation initiatives across the technology stack, employing modern software practices, API-first design, service-oriented architecture, and DevOps.

Oversee implementation and ongoing support for key enterprise systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.

Champion agile, lean, and user-centric delivery methods to drive continual improvement.

Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including Solutions Development, Systems Management, and Database Administration.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize the value of technology platforms.

Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance across all technology initiatives.

Lead the delivery of systems from implementation through to live service.

Monitor and maintain systems in line with cybersecurity protocols.

Manage budgets for the Solutions function, including financial planning, forecasting, and oversight.

About You:

Proven experience delivering complex software and integration initiatives.

Experience leading software development, systems integration, or enterprise application teams.

Deep technical expertise in modern application architecture and cloud-native design.

Successful track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation.

Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills.

Strategic thinker, able to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Experience with agile, DevOps, and "secure by design" practices.

Collaborative, pragmatic, and people-focused approach.
