The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth. You’ll identify potential clients, understand their pain points, and present tailored technology solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Discover and qualify new business leads
Arrange and schedule meetings for senior sales consultants
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM system
Develop a strong understanding of our services to confidently lead value-based conversations
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact through to deal closure.What We’re Looking For

A proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation
