The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new opportunities. You’ll connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and show them how our tailored solutions can help them thrive.

What you’ll do:

Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Book and coordinate meetings for senior sales colleagues
Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM
Build in-depth knowledge of our services to have confident, value-led conversations
