£35,000 Base + Uncapped OTE

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, driving growth through consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-led conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and growing existing B2B client accounts

Identifying new opportunities for IT managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and communications solutions

Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Delivering consultative, value-driven sales presentations

Collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions

Driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business developmentWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales / account management

Background in IT, telecoms, MSP, or technology solutions (highly desirable)

Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
