The Opportunity

Aztrum is working with a fast-expanding technology partner seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their high-performing team in Sheffield. Aztrum’s client operates as a trusted Value-Added Reseller (VAR), offering customised IT solutions across cloud platforms, cybersecurity, networking infrastructure, and strategic consulting.

If you have solid experience in the MSP or VAR sector and enjoy building lasting client relationships while helping organisations achieve their goals through tech, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Your Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be central to client satisfaction and business development. Key responsibilities include:
Cultivating long-term relationships with existing customers
Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
Understanding client objectives and recommending tailored IT solutions
Partnering with technical teams to deliver seamless implementations
Promoting a broad range of offerings, including cloud services, network solutions, cybersecurity, and data protection toolsWhat We’re Looking For
