Your Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key part in growing and maintaining strong client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and nurturing long-standing client relationships
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Understanding client needs and offering tailored IT solutions
Working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
Promoting a full range of services, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Data Protection

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in an Account Manager role within a VAR or MSP environment
Proven track record in selling IT services such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, or Connectivity solutions
Confident in new business generation and client engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
