The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the driving force behind new business growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will:

Generate and qualify new leads.
Build rapport with key decision-makers.
Provide the wider sales team with high-quality opportunities.

Prospect and engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, arranging discovery calls for senior sales staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Build strong knowledge of the company’s services to confidently present solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and an excellent customer journey.About You
