The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying opportunities and building relationships that lead to long-term business success. You’ll work closely with the sales and account management teams to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and contribute to a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms

•    Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for senior sales staff

•    Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

•    Building a strong understanding of our solutions to confidently discuss them with prospects

•    Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing

Your Profile – Account Manager:

•    Proven experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven

•    Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

•    Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

•    Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
