Job Summary
As a member of the Advisory practice, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and delivering client requirements in a way that demonstrates value on their investment. You will work closely with an experienced team, be involved in a variety of engagements, interacting with clients and building and strengthening business relationships across the region. Being part of a smaller, agile department, you will also have excellent opportunities to be involved in strategic initiatives, have input intothe management of the business and contribute directly to the running of the practice. Over time you will become a trusted business advisor, managing a team, defining project strategy for multiple and/or complex projects and other key initiatives of the firm.

As a credible candidate you will have developed core skills in managing and working with complex data sets, including a strong background in database technologies such as SQL. Additional experience with comparable data analysis tools such as R, Python, Alteryx or otherwise is also helpful.

In this role, you will design, develop and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

PwC is looking for experienced professionals, with proven technology/ data skills to join our team at this exciting time as we continue to grow our business in line with the wider PwC CI strategy.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include integrating Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party applications, and developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. You will alsocreate and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights, ensuring the security and scalability of
Power Platform solutions. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications will be part of your role, along with stayingup to datewith the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.

Has worked through phases of the‘Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)’. This includes gathering and analysing business requirements, functionals/ technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the application and providing technical support


Skills & Experience Required
Essential skills

Knowledge of and experience working with complex data sets and database technology

Proven experience as a Power App/ Power Platform Developer

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, etc)

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Power FX

Experience in understanding client problems and designing relevant, applicable and sustainable technology solutions to meetrequirements

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to accurately prepare and review reports on technical subject matter

Desirable skills

Other data and analytics experience, having worked with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau or other relevant technology, and using these tools to support the successful delivery of projects

Knowledge of applicable technology in the fintech market

Knowledge of systems in the Financial services sector would be beneficial but not essential

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies


Travel Requirements
Travel may be required to visit client sites as part of day-to-day project delivery and some travel may be required between the islands and the UK as you will be part of a x-island team.
