Legal Receptionist
Thanet, Kent
£23,000-£24,000 per annum
Permanent
Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, 35 hours per week

Our client, a well-established legal firm based in Thanet, is seeking a legal receptionist to join their friendly team permanently.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients in person and handling incoming calls

  • Managing appointments and meeting room bookings

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post

  • Supporting legal staff with administrative tasks

  • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (legal or professional services preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

  • Confident using office software and telephone systems

  • Discretion and professionalism at all times
