Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Ilkeston
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who thrives in problem-solving and enjoys building strong client relationships. You will work with a variety of businesses, providing expert IT support and ensuring their technology infrastructure remains effective and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Monitor and maintain client networks and systems to proactively address potential issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted IT advisor.
Assist in IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and document all interactions effectively.
Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and mentorship.What We're Looking For:

Essential: Previous experience working in an MSP environment.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
