What You'll Do:

Transform the Tech Experience: Continuously improve applications, EUC (end user computing), and other tech tools, ensuring colleagues have a seamless, enjoyable experience. You'll be responsible for implementing innovative technologies that align with the vision of the leadership team.

Build a Future-Proof Infrastructure: Develop and document scalable network architecture and system infrastructure to support the company's growth, all while ensuring best practices are followed and future needs are anticipated.

Drive Impactful Projects: Lead technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. Manage change control processes and tackle challenges with confidence.

Champion Technology Change: Act as a passionate advocate for new technologies within the organization, helping colleagues embrace and leverage new tools to improve their day-to-day work.

Boost Efficiency with Tech: Focus on driving productivity across the business by improving how colleagues work with technology-whether that's through better support, training, or simply making their tech tools work smarter.

Build & Lead a High-Performance Team: Take charge of building, developing, and leading a dynamic Technology Team, working closely with leadership to align efforts and ensure the team excels.

Manage Vendor Partnerships: Own relationships with external tech suppliers to ensure we're getting the best value, service, and support. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Elevate Service Delivery: Monitor and improve technology service delivery, ensuring that agreed-upon enhancements are executed smoothly. Be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.

What You Need:

Experience:

A strong background in, e-commerce, or retail tech environments - ideally fashion.
Proven experience in delivering technology projects, from inception to completion.
Hands-on knowledge of applications, infrastructure, the Microsoft tech stack, and EUC initiatives.
Solid experience in IT management, where you've handled incident management, problem-solving, and change management.
Experience in selecting and managing tech vendors to deliver world-class solutions.
A track record of building and leading technology teams that excel.
Proven experience in improving cybersecurity, reducing risks, and ensuring a secure tech ecosystem.
Experience with managing IT budgets and driving cost-effective technology investments.Key Skills:
