What is your focus as Head of Internal Systems?

You will lead the development and security of all internal systems - IT, facilities, software, and data - ensuring they are efficient, future-ready, and aligned to our growth. You will also oversee key internal projects, from ISO 27001 implementation to office upgrades and smarter, more secure site connectivity.

    What will you be doing?

  • Lead internal infrastructure and business improvement projects

  • Report on progress and performance to senior leadership

  • Manage a high-performing team across IT, security, and improvement

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software delivery

  • Proven project and people leadership

  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams
