We are seeking a seasoned Director of AI Cybersecurity Strategy to lead and evolve our organization’s AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role designed for cybersecurity experts who are passionate about securing AI technologies, navigating emerging threats, and shaping long-term security strategies.


You will collaborate with executive leadership, CISOs, and technical teams to define governance frameworks, assess AI-related risks, and ensure our cybersecurity posture remains resilient in an evolving digital landscape.



Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the enterprise AI cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, emerging risks, and industry best practices.

• Develop and implement AI risk management frameworks, addressing adversarial AI threats, data integrity risks, and security vulnerabilities in AI systems.

• Collaborate with CISOs, security architects, and governance teams to establish AI security policies, ethical AI usage guidelines, and compliance programs.

• Monitor and analyze AI-driven threat landscapes, providing strategic insights and guidance on technology trends, innovation, and proactive defense measures.

• Oversee the secure integration of AI technologies within enterprise cybersecurity programs, focusing on resilience, privacy, and regulatory adherence.

• Engage with the broader cybersecurity community, including industry alliances, research bodies, and regulatory agencies to shape standards and share intelligence.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen AI security practices, including incident response planning, security architecture, and workforce training.



Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, security architecture, threat intelligence, or cybersecurity operations.

• Proven success in engaging with CISOs, security leaders, and technical decision-makers to drive cybersecurity initiatives.

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and emerging technologies (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, AI/ML security).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with demonstrated executive presence.

• Experience leading complex security projects and AI-related cybersecurity programs.

• Active professional network within the cybersecurity community, including CISOs, security practitioners, and thought leaders.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Strategic mindset with a strong foundation in AI cybersecurity governance, risk management, and innovation.

• Passion for advancing cybersecurity practices in the AI/ML domain and mitigating AI-driven threats.

• Familiarity with global cybersecurity and AI compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, EU AI Act).

• Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.

• Prior experience shaping cybersecurity strategies, policies, and long-term technology roadmaps.
