Futures recruitment are working with a well known manufacturing business in the West Yorkshire region who are looking to take on a compliance manager.

The successful Compliance Manager, will be the go to person on site and expert in all matters relating to compliance, standards, and risk in the factory and on site. You’ll ensure our operations are always audit-ready, client-confident, and future-focused across both manufacturing and construction sites.

Managing Standards and Certifications

Keep our quality, environmental, and health & safety certifications (like ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) up to date.
Help roll out new certifications for things like cybersecurity (ISO 27001), AI, and business continuity planning.
Work closely with other teams, like IT and procurement, to make sure our systems and supply chains follow best practices.

Be the main contact for external audits and client checks — making sure we’re always inspection-ready.
Track business risks and help the senior leadership team understand and manage them.
Make sure we follow rules around data protection, privacy, and safe use of technology.

Ensure we’re working safely and responsibly, both in our factory and on construction sites.

Check that our subcontractors and suppliers meet all the required standards.
Make sure quality and compliance are built into their work from the start.
Help the procurement team choose partners who are responsible and reliable.

Lead a small team and support their growth.
