ROLE PURPOSEResponsible for establishing, securing, and nurturing long-term business relationships with new and existing clients to generate apprenticeship starts and achieve monthly targets. This includes promoting and selling all their services across contracts, maximising levy utilisation, and expanding the employer base. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, generating leads, and attending events to drive business growth and support strategic objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTo offer a consultative approach to employers to maximise their levy potTo manage and develop strong relationships with employers to identify and sell all training solutions.To manage own pipeline and update the CRM (Salesforce).To plan, initiate and deliver strategic business development that will provide expected outcomes against strategic goals.To communicate effectively with levy and non-levy paying employers to create new leads.To increase sales of training solutions through expanding their employer base across the UK and by gaining new business.Attend networking events to enhance business development opportunities.Working events to enhance business development opportunities.To ensure security of company assetsTo comply with all company policies and proceduresTo comply with the companies safeguarding policy & procedureTo comply with Equal Opportunities Legislation and be proactive in challenging prejudice, discrimination and stereotyping.To implement in full our clients quality policies and procedures.To consult the Company Health and Safety Policy with regards to their specific responsibilities as described in the general arrangements sectionTo give consideration to their actions at work as to how they may affect the safety of Learners, clients and visitors to Company premisesSupport organisations core valuesCo-operate with all staff to achieve a healthy and safe workplace and reporting any risks identified, at the company’s or others premises, to the designated Health and Safety Officer.Other duties that may be identified from time to time by the Company.Attend relevant training / personal development programmesROLE REQUIREMENTSProven experience and a proven track record of selling apprenticeship programmes to Levy paying organisationsWealth of experience in the Apprenticeship SectorExperience of working in a target driven commercial environmentSales ExperienceNetworking skillsPresentation and report writingExperience within client relationships management / customer service / salesBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIESCORE:Confident with LinkedIn and cold calling engagementProactive and consultative sales approachSolution orientated salespersonInterpersonal skillsInfluencing and negotiating skillsPlanning and organisational skillsWell organised and structure approach to workAbility to work to deadlines and targetsIT LiteratePaul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
