What You’ll Be Doing as Business Development Manager :
This is a dynamic, consultative sales role, where you’ll focus on building new relationships while nurturing existing customers. You will:

Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring steady revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Engage decision-makers, from business owners to IT directors, guiding them through tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showing how technology can solve real business challenges. 
The ideal Business Development Manager  Candidate:

A results-driven sales professional with 3+ years of success in IT-managed services, cloud, or telecom sales.
A skilled deal closer, with experience securing contracts between £20,000 – £50,000 ARR.
A confident communicator, able to present complex tech solutions in a way that makes sense to clients.
A self-motivated go-getter, comfortable managing a mix of short and long-term sales cycles.
A tech-savvy sales strategist, with knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking solutions.
