Business Development Manager – OT Cyber Security
Location: Remote
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + Uncapped OTE + Excellent Company Benefits

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in OT cybersecurity to engage with C-level stakeholders, understand their challenges, and present tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within key CNI sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate OT cybersecurity solutions to decision-makers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using CRM (HubSpot).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity sales, ideally within CNI sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of OT security solutions (ICS/SCADA/OT networks).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new business.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role while collaborating with the wider team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Bonus: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not essential).
