Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join our client based in Egham.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Administrator to support the effective operation of each core business units: Commercial, IT & Operations, Finance and HR. This is a vital cross-functional role requiring a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage priorities efficiently.

The successful candidate will also take ownership of the office environment-ensuring it remains a professional, safe, and welcoming space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative or operational support role.

The successful Business Administrator will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support across all departments, maintaining consistent standards and alignment with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO27001 (Information Security).
Maintain and manage internal documentation, including templates, policies, procedures, and controls.
Coordinate and control all document filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, with particular responsibility for SharePoint, PandaDoc, Adobe and MS Dynamics platforms.
Support internal reporting, including the preparation of agendas, minutes and monthly management packs.
Assist in the development, review and enhancement of internal process documentation for consistency and regulatory compliance.
Ensure the day-to-day office environment is maintained to a high standard, including supplies, safety and general upkeep.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related needs and liaise with relevant suppliers and service providers where necessary.
Take on responsibilities as Fire Marshal and First Aider (training provided).
Assist with the drafting and proofing of client-facing documents such as proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
Maintain and manage the Management Action Log.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in documents produced by the Commercial team.

The Business Administrator will have:

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint); experience with Pipedrive, PandaDoc and QuickBooks is a plus.
Flexible, adaptable and confident when managing multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to take initiative, show discretion and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Collaborative with a positive, professional attitude and a commitment to learning.
