Business Services Administrator – Harlow (Hybrid) | £26,000 p.a.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Harlow – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

We’re working with a reputable and well-established engineering company based in Harlow, currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy Business Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with hybrid flexibility and a strong focus on customer service and coordination.

What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound calls and emails from housing association tenants
Logging communications accurately and promptly
Scheduling engineers for safety checks, servicing, and maintenance work
Updating internal systems and customer portals with job progress and notes
Providing administrative support to Contract Managers
Liaising with internal teams and responding to customer queriesWhat they’re looking for:
A calm, organised, and reliable administrator
Proven multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail
Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
Proactive and solution-focused with a can-do attitude
Experience scheduling or coordinating engineers, technicians, or tradespeople is highly advantageousIf you’ve previously worked in housing, engineering, facilities, or any technical field where you managed diaries and coordinated field staff, this role would be a great fit. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
