My client is an exceptionally successful IT services organisation based in Brighton. They are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their growing team. This role involves sales and closing deals, but it is more than that; you'll be a partner to clients, helping them make sense of their IT and Cybersecurity needs and delivering solutions that make a real difference. If you're a professional with a keen business acumen and a strategic thinker who's personable, highly organised, and passionate about technology, we want to hear from you.

Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

Translate the complex into clear, understandable terms for clients, ensuring they grasp the value and impact of services.

Drive business growth through strategic account planning and execution, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling whilst maintaining client retention.

Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.

Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement bespoke IT solutions for specific business problems.

Maintain meticulous documentation for all account activities.

Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise in IT solutions.

Account Manager – Over to you! What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in account management, preferably within the IT / technology sector.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, concise language.

A robust understanding of finance and the expertise to assist clients in planning and managing their IT budgets and forecasts.

An interest in technology, with a basic understanding of IT solutions and their application in solving business problems.

A natural problem solver, ambitious, and adaptable to change, recognising that the IT industry constantly evolves.

Excellent negotiation skills, with a passion for learning and personal development.

Someone happy to speak at events or networking opportunities and willing to use video to serve clients better
