IT Support Technician – Chandlers Ford

💷 Up to £31,900 DOE | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH) | Free parking | Bonus & great benefits
Our client is looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join their growing team.
This is a varied role where you’ll provide helpdesk support across hardware, software, and networks, while also supporting IT projects and keeping systems running smoothly.

✅ First-line IT support across systems, devices & cybersecurity
✅ Manage and support mobile devices, upgrades & accessories
✅ Troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, routers & switches
✅ Deploy, configure & maintain IT equipment
✅ Liaise with external vendors and suppliers

What we’re looking for:

Previous IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows & 365
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
Full UK driving licence (willing to travel to sites)This role would suit someone confident, detail-oriented, and eager to make a real difference.
