  • Supporting colleagues when they encounter technical challenges
  • Testing new hardware and software ahead of full-scale rollouts
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date technical documentation

About You

You'll bring a solid IT foundation, a calm problem-solving approach, and genuine enthusiasm for technology. We're looking for:

  • 2+ years' IT support experiencein a professional environment
  • Good working knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills — you're comfortable engaging with people at all levels
  • Organised, dependable, and a genuine team player
  • Experience with SNMP, BACnet, or Modbus protocols is desirable but not essential
  • Living within commuting distance of Oxford is advantageous for regular office visits
