We are the internal recruitment partner for an innovative and fast‑growing SaaS business specialising in information security, compliance, and business resilience solutions.

Since 2005, the organisation has supported thousands of customers across the UK, Europe, the US, and APAC, helping them simplify compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and wider governance, risk, and compliance requirements. Backed by private equity investment and operating in a high‑growth SaaS market, the business continues to scale at pace with a clear mission to deliver compliance confidence through its people, processes, and platform.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Compliance Success Manager (German Speaking) to join their Customer Success team.

Responsibilities:

Own the post‑sale customer lifecycle, ensuring customers successfully adopt the platform and achieve their compliance objectives

Lead customer onboarding and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across compliance, security, risk, and IT

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular reviews and success planning

Drive customer retention and renewals by proactively monitoring account health and mitigating risk

Identify and support account expansion opportunities in collaboration with the sales team

Capture customer feedback, act as the voice of the customer internally, and track key success metricsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment

Professional fluency in both German and English, with confidence engaging customers across German‑speaking markets

A strong customer‑first mindset, focused on delivering measurable value and long‑term outcomes

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

Comfort working with SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight or similar)

A collaborative approach, with experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams

Knowledge or experience within compliance, information security, ISO 27001, GRC, or GDPR (advantageous)In return we are offering:

Competitive base salary up to £38,000 (£44,000 OTE)

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to a maximum of 31 days
