Your technical expertise will ensure systems run seamlessly, empowering life-saving missions in the world’s most remote regions. Responsibilities

  • Address urgent IT tickets from field programs, troubleshooting connectivity issues affecting a medevac mission or resolving server challenges for our operations in Papua New Guinea.
  • Collaborate with global teams to roll out a new software update, streamlining logistics and resource allocation.
  • Provide strategic input on IT system upgrades to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Test and implement solutions for improving data sharing and network performance across multiple remote bases.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A strong background in IT systems administration, support, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects in dynamic or cross-cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in networking, server management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • The ability to problem-solve under pressure and prioritize mission-critical tasks.
  • A heart for service and a desire to contribute to a faith-driven mission.

Employment Details

Location:We would consider someone that is fully remote with occasional monthly visits to the support office.
Salary:£41,200
