Want to be an influential part of a build project with opportunities for working on IT systems on Superyachts around the world?
Be part of a well established Telecoms company that is growing an MSP IT support team to support customers in multiple sectors around the UK and Superyacts around the world. This will require occasional travel to Yacht locations such as the South of France and Spain.
With three arms to the business (Corporate, Yachts and Motor Racing) this will be a very rewarding position with huge opportunities for professional and personal growth. As the Senior IT Support Engineer you will be influential in the technical direction of the MSP arm, contributing with your experience and knowledge.
The department and customer base is to scale drastically over the next 18 months and as such there will be opportunities to increase responsibility and as such salary with satisfactory performance.
Experience and Knowledge required:

  • Microsoft 365 / Azure management / Entra ID
  • Windows Server management GPO/DNS/DHCP
  • On-Prem Active Directory
  • Networking configuration and troubleshooting (CCNA Desirable)
  • SCCM/Intune Experience in setup and deployment
  • Teams Phone Experience desirable
  • MS Defender for Endpoint
  • EDR management
  • VMWare / Hyper-V
  • Deployment and management of Firewalls
  • Sound understanding of Cybersecurity principles and protocols
  • Strong understanding of Wireless networking principles
  • Experience with Backup technologies such as Veeam/Acronis
  • Scripting
  • MSP Experience highly desirable
