We’re now looking for a

Security Architect Consultant , based in the UK, to join our growing team and help shape our digital future, ensuring security and resilience.
Responsibilities

Lead the technical design of systems and services across multiple projects and technologies
Design and implement robust security solutions to protect organizational assets
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to communicate project value and direction
Serve as a point of escalation for architects within the team
Provide expert recommendations on security architecture and design
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
Define and maintain security standards, guidelines, and best practices
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to embed security into system designs
Investigate cybersecurity incidents and events, recommending corrective or mitigating actions
Qualifications

Adapt to a wide range of delivery projects, ensuring security solutions are tailored to meet specific client needs
Demonstrate deep expertise in core security concepts and apply them at a technical level
Clearly communicate security and risk implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in securing network infrastructures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and related technologies
Lead the development and evolution of security policies and processes that support business outcomes and architecture
Apply strong knowledge of system architectures and established cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT)
Utilize a broad set of security tools and technologies to enhance protection and resilience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify risks, and recommend effective solutions
Hold relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ or similar
Bring 5–10 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, with several years in a dedicated security-focused role
Must hold or be willing to undergo UK Government security clearance (SC/DV) as required for the role
