We are looking for a experienced Security Analyst who is responsible for detecting and responding to security alerts on a day-to-day basis, identifying and remediating risks, and ensuring the protection of both Luware and the client's systems and data, as soon as possible.

This unique role is based at our huge, fresh redesigned Office in London- City.

Your responsibilities:

Monitor, investigate and evaluate events of interest, including (but not limited to) security incidents, log anomalies and alerts
Conducting investigations and root cause analysis into events of interest and security incidents
Conduct vulnerability scans and reporting, managing results and mitigations
Providing advice regarding security related aspects of our cloud-solutions and internal infrastructure
Actively participate in audit activities for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001
Remain up to date with the latest security threats and how they may affect Luware
Work with the Security Operations team to develop company-wide best practices

Your skills:

At least 3 years' experience working in an Information and/or Security analyst role with exposure to cloud
Strong knowledge of industry and security best practice
An ability to maintain up to date knowledge of threat assessment and mitigation methodologies
Familiarity with security monitoring tools (SIEM, SOAR, security posture management)
Proactive approach to maintaining documentation for daily tasks, guides and procedures
Ability to collaborate and work with other teams within Luware
At least 1 security certification or working towards achieving certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 including security toolset (Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Log Analytics Workspace, Defender XDR)
Windows and Linux server infrastructure support skills
