Job description


A very exciting opportunity to Join Citation Cyber's growing Security team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity (if desired) to work remotely butmust be UK basedand able to travel to client sites when required.


The Role

As aSecurity Analyst, you will perform cyber security assessments, vulnerability scanning and produce reports on your findings. If you meet the experience criteria then full training will be provided to conduct assessments. You will also work to project deadlines in line with client expectations and contribute to the new threats and vulnerabilities research. You will be required to liaise with clients to discuss findings as well as assisting Account Managers with client support queries. You must be highly professional and dependable. Previous experience of vulnerability scanning or cyber essentials is advantageous but not a must for this role.


Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or Equivalent qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision whilst maintaining team ethics.
  • Client oriented, able to communicate with all levels of an organisation with appropriate technical content.
  • Proficiency in IT


Experience

Minimum of 3 years work experience in IT/Security.
