The Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a primary focus as an Outbound Dialer. In this remote contractor role, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales professionals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our sales organization in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads using a predetermined list provided by the sales team.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads by gathering key information, assessing interest, and determining their readiness to engage with our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
  • Adherence to Call Guidelines:
  • Follow established calling scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all outbound communications.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work effectively with SDRs, sales managers, and other team members to optimize lead generation efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay informed aboutYOUR MSP NAME’s cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect inquiries.

About You:

The ideal candidate is motivated, hungry to succeed, and eager to grow with a fast-growing company. You have a knack for strategic prospecting, a natural ability to connect with prospects, and are driven to meet and exceed your targets.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
  • You have working knowledge of SDR, Outbound Call, Customer Service, Lead Generation and Scheduling
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
