What's involved in this Restaurant Management role?

To be responsible for the smooth running of all restaurant services through close liaison with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager and service team.
To develop a well-structured team of food and wine service motivated to deliver the highest levels of service and guests care and exceed expectations at all times.What's required?

Minimum 2 Rosette Restaurant management experience is essential
5* Hotel Experience
Food & Wine knowledge
