We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management; Privileged Access Management (IDAM/PAM) Specialist to join our team. This position is pivotal in ensuring robust identity and access control measures, aligning with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements, and driving strategic initiatives. You will lead efforts to mitigate cyber risks, manage IDAM/PAM processes, and support the organization’s growth through resilient and efficient access management systems.

Your future plans

Lead and manage IdAM/PAM initiatives, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes. Oversee access reviews and upscale certification campaigns within RWE using Sailpoint. Manage the integration of target systems from a business related perspective. Act as SME and trusted partner between IDAM/PAM, IT Ops, HR, and Business Units. Mitigate risks by further developing, implementing and automating workflows and controls Investigate and identify access anomalies and implement protection measures around them. Reduce Cybersecurity exposure by supporting internal & external compliance processes related to accesses. Manage identity and access security requests through JIRA while collaborating with an agile team and a managed service provider. Oversee Local Admin Right reductions. Ensure operational efficiency & stakeholder engagement.

Your powerful skills

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business or related fields. You bring at least 5 years of experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You demonstrate initiative, innovation, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects, solving problems creatively and proactively, and driving results in dynamic environments. Customer-focused mindset to balance security needs with user experience. Good leadership and service management. Time management and prioritization. Very effective communication and collaboration skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Adaptability and continuous learning. Fluent in English, German is a plus
