  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate the project team to deliver control systems solutions on time and within budget.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; proactively monitor and address issues to minimize impacts on project timelines and budgets.

  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Regularly update stakeholders on project status.

  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure control systems meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer standards.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project status reports, risk logs, change orders, and financial summaries; ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of components, services, and support.

  • Project Closeout and Review: Conduct project closeout meetings, ensuring all deliverables are met, documentation is completed, and lessons learned are recorded for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in managing control systems or engineering projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

  • APM or other relevant project management certification.

  • Solid understanding of control systems, including PLCs, SCADA & HMI, with experience managing projects involving these systems.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs.

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.

  • Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation; able to proactively address potential project challenges.
