We’re looking for an experienced Enclosing Operator to join the production team at Paragon’s Nottingham site.

As the Enclosing Operator, you will have experience operating enclosing machines such as Bluecrest, CMS or Bowe, with the ability to confidently set up and run enclosing lines to meet production targets.

There are 3 shifts available: Morning, Mid-shift and Evening

Main responsibilities:

  • Set and operate enclosing machines, ensuring they run at optimum levels

  • Load all hoppers with the correct stock

  • Ensure work meets Mailsort and presentation standards

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, output, and quality

  • Support and mentor junior team members and trainees

  • Flag any issues promptly to the Cell Leader or Shift Leader

  • Follow Health & Safety policies and wear PPE when required

  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time

  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the mailroom area

  • Uphold information security standards at all times

    Required skills/experience:

  • Previous experience in a Direct Mail or enclosing operator role

  • Comfortable working with enclosing machines (Bluecrest, CMS, Bowe or similar)

  • Good understanding of Health & Safety in a production environment

  • Literate, numerate and able to complete basic paperwork

  • Positive attitude, team player, and flexible to support production demands
