Our aim is to drive forward decarbonization and the energy transition in the Heilbronn-Franken region with tailor-made, holistic solutions. We are looking for YOU to strengthen and transform ZEAG IT.

A wide range of tasks

  • You are responsible for the operation and further development of a modern firewall and network environment (LAN/WLAN) in the company
  • You are responsible for the operation and continuous development of the control technology (OT)
  • You plan, install and configure sophisticated IT products and complex hardware and software systems
  • You develop IT security concepts to protect the company
  • You manage IT infrastructure projects, supporting and advising our internal customers during implementation
  • You take over the management for the virtualization platforms ESX and HyperV
  • You take care of the conception and provision of Linux-based tools
  • You carry out advanced availability analyses using modern monitoring solutions
  • You take over the operation and expansion of OT VPN sites

Convincing profile

  • You are a team player and want to help shape the energy transition as part of the ZEAG family
  • You have a successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification acquired through relevant professional experience
  • You have sound knowledge in the operation and further development of network infrastructures and WLAN architecture
  • You have extensive knowledge of routing and switching with Cisco hardware (CCNA/CCNP level) and checkpoint (CCSA/CCSE level)
  • You have an understanding of mail protocols, anti-spam, encryption and port security
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the ITIL/ITMS frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment round off your profile
