This client are on the hunt for a proactive, tech-savvy 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier IT support.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

Be the go-to tech hero for all end-user support across PCs, mobile devices, tablets, and more.
Dive into Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019, and VMware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS).
Support and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Get hands-on with server configuration, Linux, and cybersecurity tools like EDR.
Collaborate with the IT Manager and Senior Engineer on projects, onboarding, and training.
Manage the Service Desk, document solutions, and help shape our knowledge base.🧠 What You'll Bring:

Solid experience in 2nd Line IT Support with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and Office apps.
A working knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
A team player with a can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
Own transport is essential due to site location.🌟 Bonus Points For:
