What we do
We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Our tenants are the major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and we serve them across nine high-growth markets (8 in Africa + Oman in the Middle East). Overview
As an IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation's information security programme to protect critical assets, systems, and data.
Role Responsibilities
As an IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for:
Serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Providing detailed reports on security posture, incidents, and audit results to senior management.
Setting security-related KPI targets and ensuring they are achieved.
Overseeing day-to-day management of industry leading cyber security tools ensuring optimal performance.
Leading incident response processes, including root cause analysis and resolution.
Managing ISO 27001 certification processes and ensuring audit readiness.
Developing proactive measures to reduce vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Establishing new and enforcing existing IT security standards, protocols, and procedures to safeguard organisational assets.
Evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements to enhance security.
Conducting regular training sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity best practises.
Evaluating and managing relationships with third-party vendors and security solutions providers.
Role requirements
To succeed in the role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex security projects.
