Lioness Recruitment are specialists in helping you find a role that will make you happy too. A respected not-for-profit organisation is looking for an ICT Security Analyst to join their team and be the designated person responsible for all cyber and physical ICT security for the business. This is a hybrid role which requires three days a week on-site in Kent based offices.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the organisation maintains strong security protocol in line with security legislation & trends. You will be required to review existing security tools and procedures and further develop and enhance these to ensure the prevention of security threats. You will be required to design and implement new security procedures across both software and infrastructure services. You will implement security policies and procedures, and ensure these are robustly documented. This role will be hands-on and will require good infrastructure experience, ideally from a support and implementation perspective, across business systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with ICT Security as part of your role

  • Exceptional stakeholder management

  • Ability to explain IT/technical reasoning to non-technical audiences

  • Experience implementing ICT security best standard practices across numerous business areas

  • Disaster recovery processes

  • Report writing

    Desirable:

  • CISSP, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, Security+ or similar cyber security certification (or certification already underway)
