Our Client is a Automotive Business and they’re currently seeking an Head of Aftersales to join their team in the Hinckley area.

An experienced Head of Aftersales with experience in a franchised dealer
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Head of Aftersales who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to successResponsibilities:

Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.The salary for this position is £50,000 basic with a potential OTE of £60,000.
