MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading customer service client in their search for a German Speaking Representative. The company are an employer of choice for those seeking an exciting and dynamic role in customer service role, and who are seeking to utilising their customer service skills. The successful candidate will become a part of an organised and efficient team of friendly and professional communication representatives and can develop and grow along with the rest of the team.     The Job You’ll Do;

  • Conduct calls to generate high quality leads in German and English.

  • Research contacts and consider their requirements prior to communication.

  • Acquire, with training, good knowledge of product features and applications and be able to utilise this information efficiently within your communication.

  • Understand the needs of the prospective customer and react accordingly.

  • Maintain organised and detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Support your colleagues and work as a team.

  • Deliver a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times.

  • Be available to work Monday to Friday either 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm / 1pm – 9pm.

    About you;

  • Full German Fluency is essential.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and result driven.

  • Good team and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objections.

  • Well-organised and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
