We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director, Regional Sales - Cybersecurity to drive our security sales strategy and elevate our market presence across EMEA. Reporting directly to the Vice President, GTM Global Sales Strategy based in the US East Coast, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a thriving, forward-thinking organization where career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration are at the forefront.

In this role you will be at the helm of our security sales efforts, responsible for growing revenues and mentoring a talented team of security sales professionals. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be crucial in positioning business value, selling advanced software solutions to enterprise companies, and managing complex sales cycles. You’re the ideal candidate if you are an experienced and driven sales leader who has a strong passion for mentoring people and driving an integrated sales strategy while achieving revenue goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Cybersecurity sales team across EMEA, ensuring they meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Ensure business objectives and financial targets are met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through the development of strategic business partner relationships
  • Manage current customers and lead the team to determinedly grow revenues within the installed base, and identify new customers, industries, and partnerships to increase sales and revenue
  • Create sales and support strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment to meet and exceed corporate goals
  • Align with Marketing to develop relevant and industry-specific marketing materials, including brand positioning and trade show representation
  • Develop short-term and long-term market forecasts through market analysis and data interpretation
  • Prepare and execute tactical sales plans for current and new opportunities with all products
  • Drive execution of sales processes and work with other sales directors to develop partner programs that can be leveraged across the channel
  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers, driving to exceed quotas while developing and managing motivating incentive tools
  • Implement and leverage current tools for sales and operational training to enhance the team’s efficiency and success

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading successful sales teams and individual contributors, both direct and through channel partners
  • Mandatory experience in sales, channel sales, and sales management within a Cybersecurity company
  • An inspirational and passionate leader with the ability to draw on personal experience and get directly involved in the process to support and manage the team in closing complex sales
  • Strong market knowledge in the tech industry and in selling complex solutions to sophisticated, enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop channel partners and drive direct sales opportunities, successfully growing the business
  • Strong experience drafting and communicating sales plans that effectively drive business and motivate sales teams, coupled with expertise in leading and developing sales operations functions
  • Experience developing and implementing successful data-intensive marketing and strategic planning processes for a high-growth company
  • A high degree of motivation, creativity, and initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Analyze the market and competition and adapt the business strategy to stay competitive
  • Develop, implement, and manage a creative, innovative sales strategy to cultivate sales distribution partnerships
  • Build, train, and coach field sales teams with specific, measurable goals to deliver on business unit objectives
