You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects through various outbound methods, and setting qualified meetings for the senior sales team.


  • Business Development Representative
  • £40,000 plus Bonus
  • London – Hybrid (3 days in office)


The Role

  • Research and identify new business prospects across target industries.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial discovery conversations.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track and report on KPIs and outreach effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape.


The Person

  • A resilient personality, comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge
  • The ability to use your initiative and think creatively to reach new prospects.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to generating leads and opening conversations.
  • Experience using outbound methods (email, cold calling, LinkedIn) to secure meetings.
