Develop and Deliver : Create and implement a global Security Awareness program tailored to various audiences, including IT staff, high-risk business areas, and executives.
Content Creation : Design engaging security awareness content, including gamification across multiple mediums, including training platforms, videos, and presentations.
External Content Delivery : Participate and lead on delivering cyber security awareness training to students as part of our schools outreach program
Measure Impact : Implement methods to assess improvements in user security culture and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration : Partner with HR and Learning & Development to integrate the program with existing training platforms and processes.
Stay Informed : Keep abreast of internal and external threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
Stakeholder Engagement :municate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver value through your initiatives.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in managing security awareness training platforms, particularly KnowBe4. You should have a strong understanding of information and cyber security concepts, as well as experience in learning and development principles. Your ability to deliver engaging training using blended learning techniques, including gamification, will be crucial.

Relevant Skills Include:
Experience in managing security awareness training platforms.
Strong understanding of information/cyber security concepts and operational processes.
Good understanding and experience of Learning & Development principles, platforms, and blended learning techniques
Proficiency in developing and delivering training content across various formats, including experience in gamification of contract
Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT
Experience with current digital marketing techniques and concepts
Ability to analyse training data and construct reporting dashboards.
Excellent presentation skills for both in-person and online training sessions.
High energy for training activities

Travel requirements
Travel required to India and European countries with Investec footprint to deliver in person training. This is likely to be once every 2 -3 months for a few days (max 1 week) and will be fully expensed.
Some occasional travel to our sites in Reading and Liverpool
