  • Build and manage a proactive sales pipeline through market research, targeted outreach, professional networking, and event participation.
  • Clearly position McCormickCo Security’s offerings, including GRC consulting, managed security services, and cybersecurity solutions, aligning them with client-specific risks, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
  • Develop and refine the sales playbook, defining strategies, lead generation methods, outreach tactics, and performance metrics (KPIs).

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks, including risk management, compliance such as SOC, MDR, NIST and ISO standards.
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes, particularly within the healthcare sectors, is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, comfortable managing workload independently and taking ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and heads of IT/security.
  • Ambitious, with a clear desire and capability to develop into a senior or leadership role as our sales team expands.

Why Join Us?

  • Founding Sales Role: Be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy, team, and overall business direction.
  • Career Growth: Clear career progression into leadership roles as the business grows.
  • Trusted Reputation: Leverage our strong heritage and existing relationships within physical security to drive growth in cybersecurity.
  • Attractive Earnings: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses rewarding high achievers.
  • Purpose-Driven Role: Make a genuine impact protecting vital sectors during a period of escalating cyber threats.

Eligibility & Background Checks

  • Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check due to the sensitive nature of our client sectors.
  • Candidates will be required to sign and adhere to a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive client and business information.
  • This role includes a standard 3-month probationary period.
