My client, a growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), has engaged us exclusively to identify a driven Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is important as you'll be working in cooperation with the company's recent first dedicated sales hire. As a small team, you'll be tasked with spearheading their new business outreach and engagement efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

    Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in sales.

  • Demonstrable experience in selling outsourced IT services is highly desirable.

  • An understanding of IT solutions, including helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
