Sales Engineer

  Role Responsibilities:
  
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  
• Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored IT solutions to their specific needs.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  Skills and Experience Required:
  
• Proven track record in sales.
  
• Demonstrable experience in selling outsourced IT services is highly desirable.
  
• An understanding of IT solutions, including helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
