Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: London (3 days a week onsite)

Are you passionate about leveraging Generative AI and intelligent automation to reshape banking functions? We're seeking an adaptable and skilled Innovation Business Analyst to join our vibrant team. This hybrid role will empower you to identify, design, and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.

Essential Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, particularly in digital or AI transformation.
Strong understanding of banking domains such as Front Office Sales, KYC, or Risk.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated success in delivering AI/GenAI proofs of concept.
Familiarity with UX principles and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Use Case Discovery & Analysis

Engage with business units to pinpoint high-impact AI and GenAI opportunities.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and manage the product backlog using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Agile Delivery & Scrum Collaboration

Act as an embedded Business Analyst within Agile squads.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product owners in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Track progress and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.AI Application Design & UX

Collaborate with designers to create user journeys and prototypes.
Apply UX best practises for AI interfaces, emphasising interpretability and usability.
Lead co-design sessions to validate assumptions early in development.Cybersecurity, Risk & Regulatory Alignment

Work closely with Information Security and Compliance teams to embed security principles.
Ensure AI initiatives comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Support documentation and audit trails for regulatory reviews.Prototyping & PoC Execution

Lead the delivery of AI proofs of concept and innovation sprints.
Test hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.
Assist in scaling successful prototypes into production environments.Innovation & Research

Stay up-to-date on GenAI tools and ethical AI guidelines.
Educate stakeholders on the opportunities and limitations of emerging AI capabilities.
Contribute to internal knowledge hubs on responsible AI and emerging regulations.
